Production: Organically grown grapes are hand harvested, with 4 days of skin contact maceration at low temperature followed by controlled temperature fermentation.

Appearance: Bright ruby.

Nose: Delicate hints of wild strawberries and blackcurrant.

Taste: The mouth is round and expressive of black fruits with silky tannins.

Gastronomy: Charcuterie, goats cheese and grilled or roasted meats.
