Production: Organically grown grapes are hand harvested, skin contact maceration at low temperature using the saignée method followed by controlled temperature fermentation.

Appearance: Bright pink.

Nose: Fine and delicate with notes of grapefruit and lime zest.

Taste: Cherries, and red fruits with a long mineral finish.

Gastronomy: Versatile everyday wine. Excellent with exotic spiced dishes such as paella with saffron, arrabbiata and Thai food.
