Origin: Le Marche, Italy

Grape Varieties: Marche Rosso blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Montepulciano depending on harvest.

Production: Fermentation of the hand harvested grapes occurs at a controlled temperature of 25°C. Grapes are cold soaked for 30 days, in order to impart maximum color and flavor extraction from the skins. The wine is aged in barrique for 12 months followed by additional time in bottles for 6 months before release.

Appearance: Opaque garnet

Nose: Earthy aromas with red fruits and black pepper.

Taste: Juicy plum and cherry medium bodied wine with herbal hints of oregano.

Gastronomy: Grippy tannins and elevated acidity make this wine a perfect accompaniment to fatty meat dishes and hearty pizzas.
