PRODUCTION: Traditional method, sans dosage. Aged an average of 12 months on its lees
LOOK: Pale yellow with greenish reflections.
SMELL: It has a complex aroma with elegant notes of green apple, white flowers and citrus combined with a hint of almond.
TASTE: Well balanced acidity, long dry finish of pear and apricot.
GASTRONOMY: As an aperitif, and with most foods, it’s palate cleansing effect makes it a versatile choice.
Serve chilled.
